Overview
A private Kenya safari followed by the white sand and turquoise water of Zanzibar. The safari begins in Amboseli National Park, where elephant herds cross the plains beneath Kilimanjaro, before the route turns north west into the Rift Valley.
Lake Nakuru National Park adds rhino and Rothschild’s giraffe, and two nights in the Masai Mara National Reserve give time for the big cats and, between July and October, the Great Migration.
From Nairobi a short flight takes you to Zanzibar for five nights by the Indian Ocean, with time for Stone Town, spice farms, snorkelling or simply the beach.
Who it suits
Couples and families who want bush and beach in one trip at a sensible price, with a private guide on safari and a long, unhurried finish on the coast.
