Overview
Kenya’s two most photographed landscapes, joined by light aircraft and a short list of exceptional places to stay. The journey opens at Manzili House, a boutique retreat in Nairobi, before three nights at Tawi Lodge in a private conservancy bordering Amboseli National Park, where elephant herds move beneath Kilimanjaro.
The second half is spent at Speke’s Camp in the Masai Mara National Reserve, a classic tented camp placed for the reserve’s predators and, from July to October, the Great Migration. Each camp runs on a game package, with morning and evening drives on every full safari day.
Seven nights, three properties and no long drives: the pace leaves room for lingering sightings and long lunches rather than transfers.
Who it suits
Couples and families with children under 12 who want the classic Kenya pairing at a refined but not extravagant level. The Amboseli stay is long enough to catch Kilimanjaro on a clear morning.
